ABOUT THE POSITION

YOUR MAIN MISSION

As a field commercial and operational agent, you are a key player in operations and a representative of the flibco brand. Present outdoors, in direct contact with passengers, you combine active sales, passenger flow management and departure coordination.

Your objective: convert travelers to the flibco solution while ensuring smooth boarding organization and a high-quality customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure direct contact with passengers and represent flibco in the field
• Develop active sales of transport tickets and manage related cash flow
• Guarantee customer service in accordance with quality standards and operational procedures
• Supervise reception, orientation and passenger flow management
• Coordinate boarding and departures in compliance with transport plans, safety and punctuality
• Promote the flibco offer through clear and persuasive communication

REQUIRED LANGUAGES

French: Read – C1 Advanced; Write – C1 Advanced; Speak – C1 Advanced
English: Read – A2 Elementary; Write – A2 Elementary; Speak – A2 Elementary

PROFILE

• Results-oriented and motivated by sales and customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills
• Proactive, autonomous and stress-resistant, able to manage sales, crowds and operations
• Enjoys teamwork and outdoor environments
• Flexible, willing to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
