Position Description:
Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Advisors play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, assessing, and selecting the best external and internal talent for the organization. As internal mobility advisors, they facilitate career progression and development opportunities for employees within the company, leveraging their deep knowledge of the expertise communities they support and the specific needs of projects.

What you will do:

  • Develop recruitment strategies and selection processes to meet the hiring needs of all studios in the region.
  • Support and guide managers to fulfill their recruitment needs, acting as a trusted advisor on talent selection.
  • Guide candidates and employees throughout the selection process and document interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations.

Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:

  • Talent mapping: Deep knowledge of the organization’s talent pool and skills to match internal candidates with open positions. Awareness of industry trends, competitive context, and evolving market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate assessment and selection: Ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience to determine fit for specific roles; proficiency in creating structured selection processes, including effective interviews, and assessing candidate capabilities.
  • Organizational knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company’s structure, departments, functions, and roles; ability to identify potential candidate profiles for open positions; providing guidance on employee growth and career mobility using dedicated tools and frameworks.
  • Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate compensation and job offers to secure top candidates while maintaining internal equity and compensation & benefits criteria; skill in persuading employees to accept priority roles when necessary to meet company priorities.
  • Feedback management: Deliver constructive feedback to candidates and employees in a professional and supportive manner, regardless of outcome.
