We are looking for a Senior AI Game Designer to join our passionate team working on Blight: Survival. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the game's AI systems, enemy archetype designs and memorable combat encounters. Working closely with the Lead Game Designer and cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll take features from concept to final implementation, crafting compelling and challenging AI behaviours that align with the game's vision.

In this role you will:

• Provide relevant design intentions and implementation for AI-focused features.
• Create high-quality gameplay that stays within the confines of the direction.
• Design and implement enemy variations that support the core gameplay pillars.
• Create, update and maintain relevant design documentation.
• Test features in both Live and QA environments.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in game design within the video game industry.
• Proven experience shipping at least one title as an AI Game Designer.
• Experience with melee and combat-focused games is a plus.
• Experience developing multiplayer games is a plus.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus.
