As a Security Specialist at Ubisoft Montreal, you will be part of the Ubisoft IT Security Operations team within the Risk and Security Management group. In this Security Specialist role, you will be responsible for the technical operations and the evolution of essential security infrastructures used across the organization. Your contribution will help strengthen Ubisoft's protection, improve security capabilities, and support large-scale incident investigation and response.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the technical evolution and operations of key applications used by Security Operations.
• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the security logging infrastructure.
• Ensure security data is properly formatted and ingested to support detection and investigations.
• Support Security Operations teams with SIEM research, training, custom dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams to optimize and improve the SIEM.
• Collaborate with the detection engineering team to create threat detection content in Splunk.
• Design and refine advanced detection logic and operational dashboards.
• Produce reports on security compliance metrics, service health, and logging coverage.

Qualifications:

• Hands on expertise with Splunk in a security environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and system administration.
• Experience administering SIEM and logging pipelines.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions.
• Knowledge of security tools, multi cloud environments, and containers.
• Ability to develop tools or automations to support security operations.
• Collaborative mindset balancing technical expertise with strategic vision.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics.
