Position Description
This position is a fixed-term contract of 6 months, renewable.

As a Security Awareness Communications Analyst at Ubisoft Montreal, you will join the Security and Risk Management department and help strengthen a consistent security culture across the organization. In this role, the Security Awareness Analyst creates clear, engaging, and visually effective communications to help employees understand and adopt secure behaviors. By translating complex IT and security concepts into accessible content, you will support the measurable achievement of the program’s objectives and key results.

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to defining and executing the security awareness objectives and key results for the fiscal year
  • Develop and maintain an editorial and communications strategy aligned with risk management and security priorities
  • Create written and visual content including articles, newsletters, infographics, and awareness campaigns
  • Collaborate with security specialists and managers to transform technical topics into clear communications for employees
  • Manage and evolve security-related content on internal platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the corporate intranet
  • Coordinate and handle awareness communications requests across the organization
  • Design engaging awareness initiatives to drive employee participation and adoption
  • Track and present performance and engagement metrics to support continuous improvement of the program

Qualifications
What You Bring

  • Experience in organizational communication, project coordination, or instructional content design
  • Ability to explain technical and security concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Strong visual communication skills, including creating infographics and digital communication assets
  • Good understanding of IT environments and basic knowledge of networking, systems, and infrastructure
  • Understanding of organizational culture and its influence on learning, adoption, and collaboration
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Autonomous and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Curiosity and strong interest in learning new concepts, technologies, and communication methods
