Job Description:
This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, renewable.
As a Security Awareness Analyst at Ubisoft Montreal, you will join the risk management and security department and contribute to strengthening a consistent security culture across the organization. In this role, the security awareness analyst creates clear, engaging, and visually effective communications to help employees understand and adopt secure behaviors. By translating complex IT and security concepts into accessible content, you will support the measurable achievement of the program's objectives and key results.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to defining and executing the objectives and key results of security awareness for the fiscal year
• Develop and maintain an editorial and communication strategy aligned with risk management and security priorities
• Create written and visual content including articles, newsletters, infographics, and awareness campaigns
• Collaborate with security specialists and managers to transform technical topics into clear communications for employees
• Manage and evolve security-related content on internal platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the corporate intranet
• Coordinate and handle communication requests related to security awareness across the organization
• Design engaging awareness initiatives that encourage employee participation and adoption
• Monitor and present performance and engagement indicators to support continuous improvement of the program

Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:

• Experience in organizational communication, project coordination, or instructional content design
• Ability to explain technical and security concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical audiences
• Excellent writing skills, producing clear, concise, and engaging content
• Strong visual communication skills, including creating infographics and digital communication tools
• Good understanding of IT environments and basic knowledge of networks, systems, and infrastructure
• Understanding of organizational culture and its influence on learning, adoption, and collaboration
• Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
• Autonomous and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Curiosity and strong interest in learning new concepts, technologies, and communication methods
