Position Description:
Ubisoft IT is looking for a Security Analyst to join the Game Security Services team, which is part of the Security and Risk Management (SRM) department. The main mission of this team is to implement security best practices and requirements to ensure games are developed securely and delivered cheat- and hack-free.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that anti-cheat and anti-piracy standards of the game security program are rigorously enforced;
  • Raise awareness of the Ubisoft game security program among production teams;
  • Communicate security issues and educate project stakeholders;
  • Develop a deep understanding of production teams’ decision-making processes to maximize positive influence;
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to support decision-making that may impact Ubisoft’s security posture;
  • Plan, scope, and track security assessments;
  • Identify potential or actual risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure corrective actions are implemented;
  • Perform various security assessments such as architecture reviews, risk analyses, and security advisories, focusing on game production and online environments;
  • Define and write project-specific security standards and processes;
  • Respond to IT security questions in production environments;
  • Produce and maintain documentation related to the evolution of projects’ security posture.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical foundations in IT and security;
  • Experience in developing corporate policies and guidelines;
  • Experience implementing security measures;
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders with varying technical levels;
  • Ability to write clear, well-structured documentation;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems.
