Tasks in which you will become an expert:

• Providing professional assistance to retail customers visiting the branch.

• Presenting digital banking channels (mobile application and internet banking) and supporting their use.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Performing administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
• When necessary, substituting the foreign currency and forint cashier colleagues.

• You have at least a secondary level education.
• You have worked in customer service and sales in the last five years.
