Tasks in which you'll become an expert:

• Selling retail and mortgage products to existing and new clients.
• Handling mortgage transactions end-to-end, from negotiation to disbursement.
• Preparing contracts and full documentation.
• Processing sales campaigns.
• Cross-selling in retail, micro-enterprise, and premium segments.

• You have at least a secondary education and an MNB financial authority exam, or a university degree in economics.
• You have practice in mortgage lending.
• You have strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Your work is characterized by informed decision-making and accountability.
• You have a desire for continuous learning and development.
