Purpose and activities

We are looking for people with IT skills and specialization in finance-related topics who can manage complexity with confidence and composure, maintaining a challenging approach to problems while fostering synergy and inclusion.

You will work as Program & Project Management within the Group Technology area of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in the PROPRIETARY TRADING domain to support securities trading on financial markets.

In this context the role will be required to:

• Contribute to ensuring trading processes from Financial Markets and activities related to the Primary Market by planning and monitoring design and application evolution services within scope.

• Develop, coordinate and manage project plans from initiation to closure covering team aspects, economics, and planning.

• Manage project communications playing a role of accountability, guidance and leadership within the project team.

• Manage relationships with the Bank's business owner for requirements gathering and analysis and with other internal and external IT Department stakeholders involved in business and project processes.

• Manage and monitor progress through operational and managerial status reports for budget, deadlines, milestones and deliverables.

• Manage and monitor the different phases of Testing.

• Proactively identify and manage project issues and risks by analysing impacts, identifying mitigation actions and appropriate escalations.

Required experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in IT projects in a banking digital, financial or credit sector context.

Required skills, knowledge and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Finance

• Fluent English

• Knowledge of the financial activities managed within services and logics in place on Front office, Middle Office, Back office, trade capture and settlement systems for Cash products, Listed and OTC Derivatives

• Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks, such as MiFID and EMIR, and related reporting

• Knowledge of trading, settlement and clearing processes

• Excellent knowledge of IT processes and software production processes

Preferred requirements

• Project Management certification such as PMI(R), PMP(R) or PRINCE2(R)

• Scrum Master certification

• Knowledge of Quality Center and Change Management tools
