Today Weglot has €35 M ARR (annual recurring revenue) and 70 people divided into six teams: Development, Product, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and Administration.

We are entering a new phase: beyond translation, Weglot is strengthening its positioning as a performance-oriented internationalization platform, with the development of new features around international SEO, growth, and the progressive integration of AI modules.

In this context, we are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to maximize the impact of these features on key KPIs in a predominantly self-service model, while supporting a fast-growing sales-assisted model.

Your main missions:

  • With Enea (Product Designer), establish a continuous user research strategy:
    • Regular user interviews
    • Concept and messaging tests
    • Qualitative analysis of friction points and value drivers
  • Conduct market, competitive and behavioral analyses
  • Support Product, Marketing & Sales in identifying market opportunities related to Weglot’s positioning as an internationalization tool:
    • International SEO
    • Business performance impact for clients
    • Feature-led growth
  • Combine qualitative data (user research), quantitative data (product analytics) & market analysis to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities
  • Identify and analyze user behaviors by persona leading to:
    • Conversion (free → paid)
    • Adoption of key features
    • Expansion
  • Contribute to defining and evolving pricing & packaging, closely with Marketing and Sales (hypotheses, tests, impact on business KPIs…)
  • Support new feature launches with Product, Marketing & Sales with a strong focus on adoption (definition and monitoring of KPIs)
  • Build and maintain clear, differentiating narratives adapted to different personas
  • Ensure product messaging consistency across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success assets
  • Overhaul and structure the product emailing strategy, currently distributed across Sales, Marketing, CS and Product

What your first 6 months might look like:
0–3 months // Learn & lay the groundwork

  • Hands-on product immersion (not just theory)
  • Analyze the Weglot self-service user journey (from signup to paid activation)
  • Identify in-product behaviors leading to conversion, feature adoption, early expansion signals
  • Launch continuous user research with the Product Designer (targeted interviews by persona)
  • Cross-review product data, Sales & CS feedback, user research
  • Participate in ongoing launches with a clear role on messaging & adoption

3–6 months // Activate highest-impact levers

  • Turn insights into product and go-to-market decisions:
    • In-product messaging recommendations
    • Activation journey improvements
    • Strategic feature adoption
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses around international positioning, SEO, business performance, feature-led growth
  • Structured contribution to new feature launches:
    • Define adoption KPIs
    • Persona-based messaging (self-service & sales-assisted)
  • Begin pricing & packaging work (hypotheses, analyses, scenarios)
  • Clarify responsibilities and messaging for the product email lifecycle

Profile sought:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of product-led / self-service models
  • Comfortable in sales-assisted contexts
  • Solid data-driven culture (funnels, cohorts, usage analytics)
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and CS teams
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and influencing skills
  • Capability to structure a role, processes and priorities in an evolving environment
  • Business and market understanding for a growing SaaS
  • Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools such as Amplitude
  • Experience in pricing & packaging redesign in an AI context
  • Hands-on or active participation in user research programs
