Tasks you’ll become expert in:

• Advising our bank’s retail premium customers on banking products such as unsecured loans, investments, insurance, and other banking services.
• Promoting premium services among potential banking customers.
• Providing investment advice, including executing stock exchange orders, monitoring capital and money market processes, and constructing investment portfolios.
• Cross-selling.
• Organizing and conducting client meetings.

This role is for you if:

• You hold at least a secondary education and an MNB capital markets dealer authority exam or its equivalent.
• You have professional experience in investments and insurance.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a retail advisor in banking customer service.
• You have a client-focused mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
