In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Philanthropy team—managing the group inbox and phone line, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, and ensuring stakeholders receive accurate, timely information. You’ll also play a key role in grant administration, supporting the delivery of well-managed grant rounds and helping us make a real impact in the charitable and philanthropic sector.

About You We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong customer service focus and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Brings excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Is technically savvy, with experience in, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other proprietary platforms.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and building positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Has a genuine interest in the charitable and philanthropic sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Philanthropy Officer, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer grant registrations, applications, and payments with precision and care.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support, from meeting logistics and minutes to reporting and CRM updates.
  • Support events and projects that help drive our Philanthropy strategy forward.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Ability to keep pace with a busy office and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • 1+ year’s administration and customer service experience, preferably in financial services or the trustee industry
  • Ability to maintain deep relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • A flexible working style with the ability to excel when working independently and as part of a team
