Salary conditions:

1 750 EUR/month

Starting base salary is 1 450 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 300 EUR and depends on your performance – it can be higher. Quarterly rewards average around 1 000 EUR depending on achievement of individual and branch goals. After 6 months you can receive a one-off adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

• Caring for premium clients
• Selling all banking products and services from the VÚB Bank portfolio
• Proactively (by phone and in person) approaching current and potential premium clients of the bank
• Identifying various business opportunities

• You hold at least secondary education with graduation
