Compensation: 1950 EUR/month. The starting base salary is 1550 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is 400 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. Quarterly rewards average 1800 EUR depending on achievement of individual and branch targets. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus amounting to 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Personal Banker your tasks will include:

• caring for Magnifica clients,
• identifying client needs, analyzing their requirements, and finding the most suitable solutions,
• providing expert advisory on products and services to existing and potential affluent clients,
• building a confidential relationship with clients,
• continuously educating yourself on financial news and growing professionally.

Required experience

Education:

• Secondary education with graduation (maturita)

Work experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products

Required skills, qualification, and knowledge

You are a suitable candidate if:

• you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
• you can actively use MS Office and are not afraid of a virtual environment,
• you enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
• banking and investment products are not foreign to you,
• you have argumentation skills and a sales spirit,
• you are a trustworthy and irreproachable person,
• English language knowledge and an economics-focused education are an advantage.
