Salary Information

2,150 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,750 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after a successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill level—perhaps more. Quarterly rewards average approximately 1,800 EUR depending on the achievement of individual and branch objectives. After 6 months, there is an opportunity to receive an adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Personal Banker your responsibilities will include:

• Caring for Magnifica clients,
• Identifying client needs, analyzing their requirements, and finding the best solutions for them,
• Providing expert advice on products and services to existing and potential affluent clients,
• Building a confidential relationship with clients,
• Continuously educating yourself about financial novelties and growing professionally.

Required Experience

Candidates should have:

• High school education with a graduation diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge

You are a suitable candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
• You can actively use MS Office and are comfortable with a virtual environment,
• You enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
• Banking and investment products are not foreign to you,
• You have argumentation skills and a commercial spirit,
• You are a trustworthy and honest person,
• Advantage: English language and an education in economics.
