Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct and timely calculation of salaries, bonuses, incentives, taxes, and other payroll payments.
• Monitor labor, fiscal, and social legislation, ensuring compliance of all payroll processes.
• Prepare periodic reports on payroll and personnel administration for internal use, authorities, and the Group.
• Collaborate with external authorities (CNAS, CNAM, ANOFM, IFPS, Trade Unions) for personnel-related processes.
• Perform administrative HR management activities, including verifying and monitoring absences, leaves, hirings, transfers, resignations, business travel, and employee benefits.
• Update internal human resources management systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, finance, or law.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in payroll and human resources administration, preferably in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of HR and payroll legislation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and 1C accounting software.
• Fluency in Romanian and English (at least intermediate level).
• Digital, planning, and analytical skills.
• Integrity, sense of responsibility, and adaptability.
