Job Description:
Our Infrastructure department within the global network team is seeking a Network Security Administrator who can bring expertise to our dynamic team of gaming and technology enthusiasts. If you are bold, motivated, and unafraid to push boundaries, we want you on our team.

As a Network Security Administrator, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining IT solutions and services, as well as proposing improvements and optimizations to our current infrastructure. As an experienced administrator, you will also handle complex issues raised by our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network and system equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, custom firewalls).
• Deploy and manage private network links and dedicated peering connections.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimize network infrastructure and services to ensure high availability.
• Proactively manage network security: threat detection, incident response, and enforcement of security policies.
• Perform regular capacity planning and security audits to prevent risks and performance issues.
• Promote automation to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and security consistency.
• Participate in defining and applying standards, guidelines, best practices, and metrics.
• Evaluate and support new requirements, technical designs, and secure architecture choices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network hardware, software, and security configurations.
• Mentor team members, especially new administrators, and contribute to planning the network’s secure evolution.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in advanced network and security administration (firewalls, load balancers, proxies, VLANs, ACLs, EtherChannel, Layer 2/3 protocols), supported by solid experience in the above tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain large-scale secure infrastructures while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Excellent command of Linux environments and automation (Python, Ansible, CI/CD), with concrete achievements in complex operational contexts.
• Proven skill in developing innovative solutions to resolve unique or high-impact technical challenges.
• Ability to optimize network performance and reliability through capacity planning, proactive monitoring, and process improvements.
• Recognized leadership and mentoring qualities, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
