Position Description:

What you will do:

The main and recurring tasks of this position include:

Product Management:

• Identify client needs (production teams, management) and help define potential solutions with the engineering team;
• Develop the long-term functional vision for the assigned product, in collaboration with the CPI and team leads;
• Set development priorities and follow up with the team leads;
• Ensure the competitiveness of the products;
• Determine acceptable quality standards for product delivery;
• In collaboration with engineering, establish the necessary trade-offs to deliver a product that meets client needs within the allotted time and budget.

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and clients, with the main goal of ensuring their satisfaction;
• Proactively follow up with clients and on mandates alongside the production team;
• Maintain up-to-date information on your client base (tracking production mandates, overall satisfaction, etc.);
• Participate in post-project reviews with clients;
• Help facilitate and manage user communities for the products.

Communication and Positioning:

• Conduct strategic positioning studies (product usage, etc.);
• Ensure high-quality communications with clients (appropriate frequency, context-adapted messaging, etc.);
• Oversee product marketing materials (tutorials, documentation, training);
• Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications:

What you bring:

• Mastery and deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem, including a solid understanding of core services, architecture, and best practices;
• Experience designing and implementing AWS solutions, including infrastructure-as-code, automation, and DevOps practices;
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AWS environments such as Python, Java, or Node.js;
• Familiarity with AWS security and compliance frameworks, including IAM, VPC, security groups, and CloudTrail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are strongly desired.
