The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual who is confident working with senior leaders and high‑profile stakeholders. As our Investor Relations Business Planning Manager, you will support the IR Director and play a key role in a small, high‑performing team.

This planning‑focused role requires clear thinking, strong prioritisation, and the ability to manage complex and shifting demands with professionalism and sound judgement. You will coordinate critical IR, Executive, and Board activities, providing efficient, confidential, and high‑quality support while working closely with the CEO, CFO, Executive PAs, and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead the planning and delivery of major events and milestones, including financial results, investor meetings, roadshows, and Board engagement. Success in this role demands exceptional attention to detail, the ability to anticipate needs, and a calm, adaptable approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate all Investor Relations activities, including financial results cycles, investor meetings, roadshows, shareholder engagement, and Board‑related IR commitments.
  • Support the IR Director with prioritisation, workflow management, strategic diary coordination, inbox management and preparation for major meetings and deliverables.
  • Prepare and quality‑check IR inputs for Executive and Board papers, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Lead the planning and operational delivery of major IR events and manage complex multi‑country travel arrangements for the IR Director and wider team.
  • Maintain effective planning tools, trackers, and structured workflows to manage competing priorities and financial calendar peaks.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders, shareholders, analysts, advisers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships and support IR governance through action tracking, updates, and meeting coordination.
  • Deliver ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives, using Microsoft Office and AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.

What are we looking for

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation, and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced, changing environments.
  • Proven ability to produce high‑quality reports, presentations, and communications under tight deadlines.
  • Strong judgement, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong work ethic, ownership, and initiative.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and working with investors or investment banks

We want to hire the whole version of you.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we’ve advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you.

If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best.

We’re reviewing applications as they come in, so apply early to avoid missing out.
