Compensation:
€2,900 per month
We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. Final salary depends on professional qualifications and experience.

Purpose and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced manager who is not afraid to combine analytical thinking with a strategic business perspective.

As Investment Banking Manager you will:

• Lead and coordinate the execution of complex investment transactions in collaboration with the team and clients
• Be responsible for the quality and performance of active transactions within the assigned client portfolio to achieve set banking targets
• Prepare marketing and presentation materials in cooperation with product specialists
• Conduct detailed financial analyses and propose transaction structuring, including preparing loan proposals and internal documents
• Manage collaboration with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams within the Intesa Sanpaolo group, emphasizing efficient communication and coordination
• Represent the department in internal approval processes and submit proposals to the relevant bank bodies
• Monitor market trends, competitive environment, and identify new business opportunities for portfolio development
• Prepare qualitative analyses of proposed transactions and ensure their alignment with the bank’s product chain
• Actively support acquisition activities, propose optimizations to internal processes, and contribute to the department’s strategic development
• Communicate with clients and potential customers and offer tailored solutions to their needs and plans
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties to expand the client network and strengthen business partnerships

Required Experience:

• Second level university degree (economics focus)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, company valuation, and transaction structuring
• Experience preparing loan proposals and presentations
• Familiarity with investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and the bank’s product portfolio
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling tools
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a results orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Autonomy, responsibility, and decision-making ability in complex situations
• Team player
• Proactive approach to finding solutions and identifying business opportunities
