Luscii
Impact Specialist
Netherlands

Share:

As an Impact Specialist at Luscii, you are the point of contact for our customers and you work on relationships to reinforce our mission statement: creating space for care. You work closely with hospitals to understand their goals and challenges. You translate these into real impact using our Luscii programs. This role revolves around ownership: you take responsibility for the success of customers after go-live and ensure that programs are not only running but actually making a difference.

Within Luscii, the role of Impact Specialist is essential in realizing the value that Luscii offers to customers and patients. You ensure that programs are successfully implemented in collaboration with the implementation specialist, continuously optimized and expanded where possible and relevant. By working based on collected and maintained data, you make results visible and usable, both for customers and internally at Luscii.

You ensure that customers are helped to scale patient numbers and improve the quality of their programs. This ensures that Luscii can grow, and existing organizations and regional networks can be expanded. In addition, you identify opportunities to expand our services with existing customers. Thanks to your structured way of working, you ensure that collaborations are and remain successful. You work transparently and based on relevant data.

Your role
As an Impact Specialist, you are responsible for the operational success and growth of Luscii—both in program numbers and patient numbers—with your customers. You act as the primary point of contact, the person who understands their objectives and supports them at an operational and tactical level.

What you will do, among other things:

  • Understand the needs and objectives of customers and guide them to achieve their goals regarding care innovation and digitalization.
  • Provide operational support to customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their programs.
  • Act as a sparring partner for healthcare organizations on the development, implementation and expansion of programs.
  • Guide customers in scaling patient numbers, improving program quality, and maximizing impact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand collaborations and achieve objectives within the hospital and with regional partners.

A culture that feels good – We build serious things without taking ourselves too seriously. Expect fun, ownership, trust, and celebrating successes together.

The ideal candidate…
… probably doesn’t exist, but if you can check off most of the points below – definitely apply! We are looking for someone who feels comfortable taking ownership and making well-considered decisions independently. You enjoy the autonomy to shape your work and responsibilities while actively seeking collaboration and alignment with others.

You know when to take action, when to involve colleagues and when to decisively move forward. Working independently does not mean working in isolation for you. You feel comfortable—as a self-starter and as a team player—contributing to shared goals while taking responsibility for your own domain and expertise. Open communication, transparency and mutual trust are central to our collaboration.

  • At least five years of experience in a similar role and/or organizations, where you have worked in a project-based role with consultancy and advisory activities;
  • You know what a customer needs, through your market and sector knowledge. You not only think about the short term but also know what is needed in the future;
  • You enjoy a flexible work environment – you work at hospitals, with partners, with the team on location and from home. You also enjoy being on the road a lot.
  • You can work well both independently and collaboratively. In your role, you work independently with and at partners and hospitals, while at the same time being part of a team you work closely with;
  • You are open to working in a Holacratic organization and curious about our way of working, roles and the organization and distribution of tasks and responsibilities;
  • English is the language we use for all internal communication at Luscii, so you master it fluently. Communication with customers is entirely in Dutch.

At the moment we are looking for candidates who already live and work in the Netherlands. Apply only if you already live and work in the Netherlands and speak Dutch fluently.
