Position Description

In close collaboration with our HR Partners team, you will act as a trusted advisor to directors, managers and employees, helping to shape and maintain human resources practices that foster both individual development and organizational performance. You will play a key role in influencing leaders, guiding strategic decisions, and creating an environment where talent can thrive.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will directly contribute to this mission by ensuring that our talent management strategy supports business priorities while cultivating a culture of trust, inclusion and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior directors and managers to provide strategic HR advice and influence organizational decision-making.
• Lead and oversee HR processes, including in-depth performance management and the promotion review process.
• Participate in organizational changes, ensuring alignment with long-term workforce objectives.
• Support workforce and succession planning through data-driven analysis, leveraging HR systems (HRIS) to inform leadership strategies.
• Act as a culture ambassador by embedding practices that enhance inclusion, collaboration and employee well-being at Ubisoft IT.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational frameworks, balancing rigor and adaptability in response to evolving needs.
• Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and impact.
• Work closely with Centers of Expertise to design, adapt and implement HR tools, programs and initiatives on a global scale.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a recognized certification and a proven ability to collaborate with leadership teams to drive organizational success.

To succeed in this role you must demonstrate:

• Proven ability to advise and influence senior directors and managers on a daily basis, ensuring alignment of talent management strategies with business objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset: ability to turn complex data into clear insights to support executive decision-making.
• Approach that balances rigor and flexibility in prioritization, aligning daily actions with overall strategic goals.
• Skill in building authentic relationships and establishing trust with leaders through clear, confident and solution-oriented communication.
• Ability to act both as a collaborative partner and an independent advisor, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and working autonomously.
