Position Description

In close collaboration with our HR Partnerships team, you will act as a trusted advisor to directors, managers, and employees, contributing to shaping and maintaining HR practices that foster both individual development and organizational performance. You will play a key role in influencing leaders, guiding strategic decisions, and creating an environment where talent can thrive.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will contribute directly to this mission by ensuring that our talent management strategy supports business priorities while cultivating a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior directors and managers to provide strategic HR advice and influence organizational decision-making.
  • Lead and oversee HR processes, including in-depth performance management and the promotion review process.
  • Participate in organizational changes, ensuring alignment with long-term workforce objectives.
  • Support workforce and succession planning through data-driven analysis, leveraging HRIS systems to inform leadership strategies.
  • Act as a culture ambassador by integrating practices that reinforce inclusion, collaboration, and employee well-being within Ubisoft IT.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational frameworks, balancing rigor and adaptability in response to evolving needs.
  • Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and impact.
  • Work closely with Centers of Expertise to design, adapt, and implement HR tools, programs, and initiatives at a global scale.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR professional holding a recognized certification, who has demonstrated the ability to collaborate with leadership teams to drive organizational success.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to advise and influence senior directors and managers daily, aligning talent management strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to translate complex data into clear insights to support executive decision-making.
  • An approach that combines rigor and flexibility in prioritizing tasks, aligning daily actions with overall strategic goals.
  • Aptitude for building authentic relationships and establishing trust with leaders through clear, confident, solution-oriented communication.
  • Ability to act both as a collaborative partner and independent advisor, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and working autonomously.
