Introduction:
We are looking for someone who has recently obtained a Master’s degree with a strong passion for the world of Communication.

Your Activities:

• Collaborate in a team to define attraction strategies aimed at meeting recruiting needs, reflecting the company’s positioning and values
• Define partnerships with national and international universities
• Work in a team to organize specific recruiting events, such as recruiting games
• Participate in communication projects and explore new platforms and tools for attraction
• Create new content to update the Careers site

What You Will Learn:

• Communication methods on social media and interpreting their analytics
• Uploading and publishing content on the Career site
• Building an editorial plan
• Organizing events
• Building effective presentations to convey an idea or project

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Solid communication skills

A Plus:

• Previous experience, even in a university setting, in managing small projects
