Scope and Activities

Within the Real Estate technical structure, you will play a central role in managing electrical and special systems in compliance with the Bank’s quality criteria, with a particular focus on bank branches and office buildings.

You will be responsible for implementing and validating design and construction standards for system interventions, drafting technical documentation, and supervising maintenance activities—both ordinary and extraordinary—on electrical systems, medium-voltage/low-voltage substations, generators, UPS, smoke detection systems, elevators, and BMS.

You will also support design activities by collaborating on feasibility studies and drafting preliminary project proposals.

You will act as a point of contact for certification activities and inspections required by current regulations, interfacing with competent authorities such as, by way of example, ASL, INAIL, and CIVA.

You will play an active role in energy efficiency projects, including overseeing systems via dedicated software and innovative monitoring tools used by the Bank.

Finally, you will be involved in preparing budgets for system interventions and coordinating with regulatory bodies and contractors during various project and operational phases.

Required Experience

At least 5 years of experience in system design, management, and maintenance, gained at specialized engineering firms, technical studios, or industry-specific companies.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g., diploma in electrical engineering with substantial experience)
• Knowledge of technical regulations regarding site safety (Legislative Decree 81/08), electrical systems, air conditioning, fire prevention, and elevator installations
• Proven experience in the technical supervision of electrical and special systems in complex building environments
• Specific expertise in electrical and low-voltage systems as well as Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Ability to draft technical and administrative documentation
• Proficiency with IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AutoCAD, Dialux, and facility management software
• Category B driving license
