Position Description:

As a member of our IT infrastructure team, you will play a key role in developing, supporting, and implementing large-scale projects within a multidisciplinary team.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve developer velocity, resilience, security, and infrastructure availability.
• Developing scripts and tools to deploy and configure service updates.
• Resolving complex technical issues.
• Monitoring and optimizing live performance and stability and preventing recurrences.
• Creating detailed technical documentation and training other company members on best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Mastery of networking, both in cloud infrastructures and on-premises.
• At least 5 years of experience with container technology and orchestration.
• Experience defining and developing CI/CD processes and using common CI/CD tools.
• Lean culture.
• Reading proficiency in English, as you will read technical documentation from various sources (clients, literature, networks, etc.).
• A desire to learn and grow within the company.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IT infrastructures we use: Digital Ocean, OVH, GCP, Azure, On-premise (Linux server).
• Main languages we use: Go, Rust, Python, C, C++, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Main frameworks we use: Kubernetes, Laravel, Vue, Next.
• Main tools we use: Docker, Jira, Bitbucket, PACT, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, Signoz, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL.
