Job Description:
As a member of our IT infrastructure team, you will play a key role in participating in the development, support, and delivery of large-scale projects within a multidisciplinary team.

Your days will include:

• Collaborating with teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve developer velocity, resilience, security, and infrastructure availability
• Developing scripts and tools to deploy and configure service updates
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Monitoring and optimizing live performance and stability to prevent recurrence
• Creating detailed technical documentation and training other company members on best practices and new technologies

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Mastery of networks, both cloud-based infrastructure and on-premise
• At least 5 years of experience with container and orchestration technologies
• Experience defining and implementing CI/CD processes and using common CI/CD tools
• A LEAN culture
• The ability to read English, as you will be reading technical documentation from various sources (clients, literature, networks, etc.)
• A desire to learn and grow within the company

Nice to have:

• Experience with the infrastructure we use: Digital Ocean, OVH, GCP, Azure, On-premise (Linux server)
• Experience with the main languages we use: Go, Rust, Python, C, C++, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with the main frameworks we use: Kubernetes, Laravel, Vue, Next.js
• Experience with the main tools we use: Docker, Jira, Bitbucket, PACT, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, Signoz, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL
