Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity and business continuity policies.
• Coordinate risk identification processes, incident management, and continuity plan testing.
• Represent the Bank in relations with the Group's security structures.
• Support the drafting of internal normative acts and collaborate with auditors.
• Organize internal training on information security.
• Monitor outsourced activities and report to the relevant authorities.
• Promote a security culture within the Bank and collaborate with relevant internal and external structures.

Candidate requirements:

• University degree (bachelor's and/or master's) in information technology.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, preferably in information security and/or business continuity.
• Advanced knowledge of specific legislation, MS Office applications, and English.
• Leadership, planning, analysis, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Solid knowledge of international information security standards: ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover).
