You are the dedicated point of contact for our customers as a Customer Success Specialist and you concretely give shape to our mission: creating space for care. You build lasting relationships with hospitals and immerse yourself in their ambitions, processes, and challenges. You translate these into measurable impact using the Luscii programs. In this role you take full ownership: you are responsible for customer success after go-live and ensure that programs are not only operational but demonstrably add value for caregivers and patients.
Within Luscii, you ensure that the value delivered to customers and patients is substantial and continuously expanded. You make sure programs are successfully implemented in collaboration with the implementation specialist, continuously optimized, and extended where possible and relevant. By working based on collected and maintained data, you make results visible and actionable for both customers and internally at Luscii.
You identify and create opportunities within hospitals to ensure they make optimal use of our platform. You are also the first point of contact for hospitals. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of challenges, loves to learn, is hands-on, and knows how to navigate within hospitals. Thanks to your structured way of working, you ensure collaborations remain successful.
Jouw rol
As an Impact Specialist (our internal name for the role), you are responsible for the operational success and growth of Luscii—both in terms of program numbers and patient numbers—at your clients. You act as the first point of contact, the person who understands their objectives and supports them at an operational and tactical level.
What you will do, among other things:
- Understand the needs and objectives of customers and guide them to achieve their goals around care innovation and digitalization.
- Provide operational support to customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their programs.
- Act as a sparring partner for healthcare organizations on the development, implementation, and expansion of programs.
- Guide customers in scaling patient numbers, improving program quality, and maximizing impact.
- Identify opportunities to expand collaborations and realize objectives within the hospital and with regional partners.

A culture that feels good – We build serious things without taking ourselves too seriously. Expect fun, ownership, trust, and celebrating successes together.

The ideal candidate…
…probably doesn’t exist, but if you can check off most of the points below, apply! We seek someone comfortable taking ownership and making well-considered decisions independently. You enjoy the autonomy to shape your work and responsibilities while actively collaborating and aligning with others.
You know when to take action, when to involve colleagues, and when to decisively move forward. For you, working independently does not mean working in isolation. You feel at ease—as cliché as it sounds—as both a self-starter and a team player, contributing to shared goals while owning your domain and expertise. Open communication, transparency, and mutual trust are central to our collaboration.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role (Impact Specialist, Customer Success Manager, etc.) and/or organizations, where you worked in a project-based role with consultancy and advisory tasks.
- You know what a customer needs through your market and sector knowledge. You not only think about the short term but also understand long-term requirements.
- You enjoy a flexible work environment—you work both at hospitals, with partners, on-site with the team, and from home. You like being on the move.
- You can work well both collaboratively and independently. In your role, you work autonomously with partners and hospitals while also being part of a closely collaborating team.
- English is the language we use for all internal communication at Luscii, so you are fluent. Customer communication is entirely in Dutch.
We are currently looking for candidates who already live and work in the Netherlands. Please apply only if you already reside and work in the Netherlands and speak Dutch fluently.
