We are a fast-growing scale-up leading in HR & Payroll technology. With our user-friendly software, we aim to take HR & Payroll to the next level. With 160+ colleagues in Amsterdam, Lisbon and Stockholm, we do things really differently. We have no managers, but a 4-day work week and the freedom to make a difference.

In this role, you will:

• Have a lot of contact with customers through all possible channels
• Be the lynchpin to help our customers as best as possible
• Periodically schedule and host meetings to help customers use our product better
• Give short product presentations and explain features to customers
• Present to larger groups of customers
• Host customer events
• Research the market through conversations with customers, analysis of competitors and market developments
• Analyze internal user trends and functionalities so that the customer uses our product optimally and we can further improve our product
• Identify problems and set up projects to solve them and improve our product
• Work closely with Marketing and Product Development
• Work with modern tools such as Hubspot, Jira, Power BI and Slack

Job requirements:

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of work experience (preferably in Customer Success within the SaaS industry)
• Experience in customer contact is a must
• Dutch and English are both fluent
• You communicate in a friendly manner and always act with the customer in mind
• You look for commercial opportunities with existing customers
• Analytical ability: you know how to read and use data to identify and solve problems
• Strong prioritization: you can multitask effectively and deliver on time
• Team player: you enjoy working with different types of people
