Job Description

As part of the CRM department, and more specifically within the Operations team, you will be in constant contact with the brand and other teams for the deployment of campaigns on the channels you work on. This role is a one-year contract.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Gather requirements
• Coordinate campaigns
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and deployment of campaigns
• Ensure proper deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Provide recommendations and proposals on CRM campaigns
• Participate in the optimization and update of existing campaigns
• Monitor campaign progress
• Identify weak points of different campaigns using performance indicators
• Be responsible for documentation
• Bring your leadership and technical expertise to your channels and help them advance

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in marketing or a technical field
• Experience in digital, project management, or CRM marketing
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or other CRM software is a plus
• Good knowledge of HTML and SQL
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented and able to quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and work independently
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to coordinate a project among different stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills and able to develop/monitor processes and methodologies
• A passion for video games, technology, and Internet culture is a bonus
