Introduction:
The resource will contribute to all phases of structuring and executing credit risk transfer operations, in particular synthetic securitization transactions for the active management of the Group’s credit risk related to structured finance portfolios (e.g., project finance, real estate).

Specifically, they will support the Office in the following activities:

• Extraction and analysis of data
• Analysis of financial documentation accompanying the exposures in scope (e.g., contracts, appraisals, business plans, financial statements)
• Structuring and pricing of credit risk transfer transactions
• Preparation of internal and external materials aimed at structuring synthetic securitization transactions
• Due diligence and negotiation with investors

The activity involves a period of on-the-job training to learn the operational context.

Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree in economic or financial subjects
• Knowledge of regulatory issues related to Credit Risk
• Strong ability to analyze corporate financial statements, business plans, and documentation supporting financing transactions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel functions
• Excellent spoken and written English skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous work experience (including internships) in a banking/financial environment
• Study experience abroad (e.g., Erasmus program)
