Position Description:
As Concept Art Team Lead at Ubisoft Montréal, you will lead and mentor a team of Concept Artists on the Rainbow Six Siege project. You will foster a collaborative and inspiring environment while ensuring deliverables meet artistic standards and deadlines. You will work closely with production and other disciplines to ensure concepts support the project’s vision and needs.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of Concept Artists, encouraging creativity and collaboration
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and track team tasks according to objectives and deliverables
• Collaborate with production to ensure quality and cohesion of art concepts
• Provide constructive feedback to support artistic and technical development
• Integrate best practices while staying informed of industry trends and developments
• Understand the game’s story, gameplay, and constraints to guide creation
• Identify and help resolve team issues and conflicts
• Participate in performance reviews in collaboration with production management
• Facilitate onboarding of new team members

Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Team:

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in concept art and mastery of different styles and genres
• Leadership and team management skills in a creative context
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of the video game production process
