Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and rules of parent banks;
• Assessing compliance risk;
• Advising other organizational units of the Bank and pre-approving new products or other bank actions that require prior approval from the Compliance Department according to internal rules;
• Performing second-line controls;
• Promoting a culture of compliance;
• Cooperating with supervisory authorities and managing incidents of non-compliance;
• Special tasks (managing various lists or tasks assigned by management bodies of the Bank or functionally relevant organizational units of the parent banks);
• Reporting to the Bank's management bodies and functionally relevant organizational units of the parent banks.

We expect:

• Organizational skills;
• Communication skills;
• Knowledge of banking and financial regulations;
• Basic legal knowledge and understanding of legal norms;
• Knowledge of bank operations (corporate and organizational structure);
• Knowledge of bank services and products;
• Good command of Slovene and English;
• Required experience and knowledge in the regulatory field of personal data protection (Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR) and desired knowledge of other banking regulatory areas (outsourcing services, payment services, consumer protection, etc.).
