Position Description:

You will join the Security and Risk Management department as a Security Solution Architect focusing on network security. By fully integrating with teams, you will drive security from within, implementing protections and accelerating remediations. You will contribute to risk reduction by partnering closely with Network teams and collaborating with the rest of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the remediation of critical vulnerabilities in your assigned scope, including post-incident actions.
• Implement security measures for network infrastructure teams.
• Deploy major security initiatives across your mandate’s scope.
• Provide expert security recommendations tailored to our systems and context.
• Design and maintain secure configuration models and hardening standards.
• Prototype and validate new security improvements or solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of all security controls and measures implemented.
• Contribute to best practices, knowledge bases, and guides to promote early security integration (shift-left) and self-service automation.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in network security design in AWS and Azure: VPC/VNet, segmentation, application zoning (frontend/backend), peering, hybrid connectivity, Virtual WAN, Cloud WAN.
• Strong mastery of filtering mechanisms, firewalls, proxy servers, load-balancing (L4/L7), and Web Application Firewalls.
• Experience designing and validating site-to-site and client VPNs, as well as on-premises interconnections.
• Ability to define, challenge, and validate secure network architectures compliant with corporate security standards and requirements.
• Comfort advising internal teams (design reviews, recommendations) with a security-by-design approach.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and security automation is a plus.
