Platové podmienky (Compensation):
1,450 EUR/month
Starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful onboarding is around 200 EUR, depending on your skill. Quarterly rewards average 700 EUR, depending on individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time onboarding bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

Your Role as a Client Advisor:

• Support sales and collaborate with the team,
• Identify opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
• Provide clients with information and expert advice,
• Execute teller and currency exchange operations,
• Perform client service operations, responsibly handle cash,
• Participate in administrative tasks,
• Continuously learn about financial innovations and grow professionally.

Required Experience:

• Secondary school education with a diploma,
• Experience in the position/field,
• Cash-handling experience,
• Minimum 1 year of experience.

• At least 1 year of cash-handling experience,
• You enjoy communicating,
• You are friendly and can work individually and in a team,
