Salary Conditions

1,450 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill level. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR depending on fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

Your duties as a Client Advisor:

• Participate in sales support and collaborate with the team,
• Seek opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
• Provide information and professional advice to clients,
• Perform teller and currency exchange operations,
• Conduct client service transactions, responsibly handling cash,
• Assist with administrative tasks,
• Continuously learn about financial market developments and grow professionally.
