PLATFORM CONDITIONS

EUR 1,450/month

The starting base salary is EUR 1,250 plus monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around EUR 200 and depends on your skill, potentially more. Quarterly rewards average about EUR 700 depending on the fulfilment of individual and branch objectives. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus worth 50% of your starting base salary.

AS A CLIENT ADVISOR YOUR TASKS WILL BE TO:

• Participate in sales support and cooperate with the team,
• Seek opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
• Provide information and professional advice to clients,
• Perform teller and exchange office operations,
• Conduct client service operations and handle cash responsibly,
• Take part in administrative activities,
• Continuously educate yourself on financial news and grow professionally.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma with graduation certificate
• Experience in a similar position or area
• Experience handling cash
• Minimum 1 year of practice

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
You are a suitable candidate if you:

• Have at least a high school diploma with graduation,
• Have at least 1 year of cash-handling experience,
• Enjoy communicating,
• Are friendly and can work individually or in a team,
• Have a sales mindset,
• Are trustworthy and of good character,
• Are willing to work on yourself and develop.
