Salary conditions

1450 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is 200 EUR and depends on your skills and may be higher. Quarterly rewards average 700 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

• We welcome experienced bankers, but if you do not yet have banking experience, it does not matter. We will prepare you for it almost from scratch at VÚB.

Thanks to strong branch managers’ support, helpful colleagues and friendly approach of our trainers, you will:

• gradually start familiarizing yourself with VUB banking products and services,
• learn to work with clients and improve your communication and argumentation skills, which will also come in handy in your personal life.

Your role as Client Advisor will be to:

• participate in supporting sales and cooperate with the team,
• look for opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
• provide information and expert advice to clients,
• perform cash desk and exchange operations,
• perform client service operations, work responsibly with cash,
• participate in administrative tasks,
• continuously educate yourself about news in the finance world and grow professionally.

• Credit in the VÚB Cafeteria of up to 300 euros, which grows with the years worked.
• Up to 100 euros per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

• 190 euros per year as a clothing allowance.

Required experience

Candidates with education:

• secondary education with maturity certificate
• Experience in the position/field
• experience working with cash
• Number of years of experience: 1

Required skills, qualifications and knowledge

You are a suitable candidate if:

• you have at least secondary education with a maturity certificate,
• you have at least 1 year of experience working with cash,
• you enjoy communicating,
• you are friendly and can work individually and in a team,
• you have a sales spirit,
• you are trustworthy and of good character,
• you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
