Salary conditions

1,450 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill whether it will be more. Quarterly rewards average around 700 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

What we will give you at the start?

With strong support from branch managers, helpful colleagues and the friendly approach of our trainers, you will:

• gradually begin to familiarize yourself with VÚB banking products and services,
• learn to work with clients and improve your communication and negotiation skills, which will also be useful in your personal life.

As a Client Advisor, your tasks will be:

• participate in sales support and cooperate with the team,
• look for opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
• provide information and professional advice to clients,
• perform teller and exchange operations,
• perform client service operations and handle cash responsibly,
• participate in administrative tasks,
• continuously educate yourself about news in the financial world and grow professionally.

Required experience

The position is suitable for applicants with:

• high school education with a graduation exam,
• experience in a position/field,
• experience working with cash,
• Number of years of experience: 1

Required skills, qualifications and knowledge

You are suitable for us if:

• you have at least high school education with a graduation exam,
• you have at least 1 year of experience working with cash,
• you enjoy communicating,
• you are friendly and can work individually and in a team,
• you have a sales spirit,
• you are trustworthy and of good character,
• you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
