Salary conditions:
1450 EUR/month
Starting base salary is 1250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. Average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill—could be more. Quarterly rewards average 700 EUR depending on individual and branch goals. After 6 months you receive a one-time adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

Your role as a client advisor will be to:

• Support sales and collaborate with the team,
• Seek opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
• Provide information and expert advice to clients,
• Perform teller and exchange operations,
• Carry out client service operations and handle cash responsibly,
• Participate in administrative tasks,
• Continuously learn about finance news and grow professionally.

Required experience:

• Completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate,
• Experience in the position/field,
• Experience handling cash,
• Minimum 1 year of practice.

• You have at least 1 year of experience handling cash,
• You enjoy communicating,
• You’re friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
• You have a sales mindset,
