The Revenue Operations division is the cross-functional department for the company's various business functions (Sales Development Representatives, Sales, Account Management). It manages daily structuring projects to support Welcome to the Jungle's growth and the development goals of the sales teams. Revenue Operations is the main point of contact for other departments: Marketing, Finance, Product, Media, and Corporate Production, providing a global view of business challenges across the company.
You will join the Revenue Operations team and work alongside the global Revenue team of around one hundred employees.
As a Business Analyst, you will work with Thibault Juarez, Senior Process & Tools Manager, within a team of eight members each focused on optimizing commercial performance through different expertise (process, tools, enablement, data).
This internship is structured around three themes: performance analysis, tools and process optimization, and knowledge management.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather data extracted from our CRM (HubSpot) and various dashboards
- Monitor and track sales performance indicators
- Understand the customer lifecycle from pre-sales through sales, onboarding, and renewal, and make data-driven recommendations
- Draft and share reports for key events such as monthly reports and Revenue All Hands, providing detailed analysis and proposed actions
- Collaborate with the data team on major growth projects
Process & Tools:
- Optimize processes used by different business functions to enhance collaboration with Finance and Data teams
- Develop new commercial workflows to reduce the sales cycle (prospecting scenarios, client portfolio segmentation)
- Analyze sales activity performance data to implement corrective actions using new tools
Documentation & Team Support:
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base for our methods
- Create and manage training sessions for teams
- Collect feedback to improve processes

What we offer:
- Internship compensation of β¬1200 or β¬1400 gross per month depending on level of study
- Up to 50% remote work

Preferred experience:
- Strong skills in Excel
- Fluent in French and English
- Solid analytical abilities
- Proactive in proposing and implementing new solutions in a creative environment
- Organized and rigorous with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of sales team challenges and processes
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders up to C-level
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data visualization (Omni)
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot
