Tasks you will master:

• Provide professional support to retail customers arriving at the branch.
• Offer financial advice regarding accounts, savings and unsecured loans.
• Introduce and support the use of digital banking channels (mobile app and internet banking).
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
