Tasks in which you'll become an expert:

• Providing professional assistance to retail customers arriving at the branch.
• Financial advice regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans.
• Introduction and support of digital banking channels (mobile app and online banking).
• Understanding customer needs and recommending products that fit them.
• Performing administrative tasks related to sales and cash desk processes.
• Performing foreign currency and forint cashier duties, such as currency and foreign exchange transactions, ATM replenishment, cash balancing, or safe deposit management.

• You have at least a secondary education.
• You have dealt with customer management and sales in the past 5 years.
• You want to build your career specifically in the banking sector.
• You require continuous learning and development.

• You have outstanding communication skills and easily connect with different types of customers.
