Tasks you will master:

• Customer reception: You will be the first impression, welcoming incoming clients with a smile, guiding them, and helping them reach the appropriate advisor.
• Customer support: You will confidently answer simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
• Administrative tasks: Organizing, filing, and handling documents with precision.
• Supporting banking back-office processes: Assisting banking colleagues in their daily work and gaining close insight into branch operations and procedures.

This role is for you if:

• You can work 40 hours per week in person at the branch and are open to long-term growth and career opportunities – even as a full-time banking advisor.
• You work independently and accurately and are not afraid of responsibility.
• You communicate confidently and enjoy answering straightforward customer inquiries.
• You have strong problem-solving skills.
• You are interested in banking products and eager to participate in the dynamic daily life of the branch.
