Description and purpose of the position:

• Provide professional service to clients regarding banking products and services.
• Identify and understand clients' financial needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
• Perform transactions and foreign exchange operations – work with cash.
• Actively participate in achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues from different parts of the Bank and work in teams.

Required experience and qualifications:

• University degree (VSS/VŠS) in finance, economics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in banking or sales is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills and knowledge:

• Developed communication skills.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• High level of expertise and dedication to providing top customer service and sales skills.
